How to Place an Order
After selecting the item you wish to purchase you will be shown a ‘Buy Now’ button. The item will be added to your shopping basket once this button is pressed. You can then continue shopping or click on the ‘Checkout’ button to pay. After selecting which payment method you prefer you will be forwarded to that processors web site for payment. You are also welcome to place your order by phone between 9.30 and 3.30 on weekdays. We regret that we cannot discount orders placed by phone.
We will email you to confirm the order details. Please check this email carefully. If you need to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible using the contact us options
We welcome payment by PayPal and by Credit/Debit card.
All our charges include VAT at the standard rate (except exempt/zero rated items) and a receipt detailing the VAT paid is provided.
For ease and security payment is welcomed by PayPal. when you use these payment methods your financial details are not shared with us. If you wish to pay by Credit or Debit Card please select PayPal and follow the Don’t have a PayPal Account? links
If you prefer to pay over the Phone you are welcome to place your order between 8.30 and 4.30 on weekdays.Fridays until 4pm. To order and pay by card please call 01773 833338. Cards are processed securely using the Machine in store and processed whilst you are on the phone with us.Details are not recorded for legal reasons.
Damaged goods – The buyer has 7 days from purchace to inform us of any goods arriving damaged.We will replace any items within this time scale free of charge.
If after 7 days of purchase it is up to the buyer to return the goods at thier own cost to us, Once revieved back at HQ we will then process the refund/replacement and post out any replacement goods free of charge.
If the buyer wishes a small refund to cover any damages this must be discussed with senior managment, and necessery calculations will be made.We will require photographic evidence of the damage sent to email@example.com
All Buyers have to register the manufacturers guarantee within 30 days of purchase.
If an item has been deemed faulty witin 7 days of purchase the buyer needs to inform us and we will arrange for the item to be swapped free of charge
If after the 7 day peroid the buyer needs to send back the faulty item at thier own cost and we will process a fefund/replacement once recieved back at HQ
Buyer has changed thier mind
This is not our responasibility. The buyer has to send back the item to us at thier own cost and a refund will be made minus our postage cost.This is strict T&C which at no point will be wavered.
